Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, member portal, on-site facilities, and services of Golf Pub Social (“GPS,” “we,” “us”), located at 1531 Sadler Rd, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. By creating an account, booking a session, purchasing a membership or gift card, or visiting the venue, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a member account. Minors may visit accompanied by a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf. Membership tiers labeled “Family” may include named minors as authorized users.

• Memberships are billed monthly via Square. The first charge occurs on signup; recurring charges occur on the same day each month.
• Membership tiers (House, Individual, Couple, Family) carry the benefits listed on our Memberships page. Benefits are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
• Founding 50 members receive a permanently waived initiation fee (placeholder amount pending final pricing). Founding status is non-transferable.
• You may cancel a membership at any time through the member portal or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial months.
• We may pause or terminate a membership for non-payment, abusive conduct, or violation of these Terms.

• Sessions are offered in 60-, 90-, and 120-minute slots. Pricing depends on resource (simulator or pickleball court), time-of-day (peak after 4pm), and member tier.
• Members’ advance-booking windows: 45 days for all tiers (House, Individual, Couple, Family). Guests may book up to 30 days in advance.
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. A booking held during checkout is released if payment fails or times out.
• Cancellation policy: our cancellation/no-show policy is being finalized. Until it is published, please contact us at info@golfpubsocial.com to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the booking fee at our discretion.
• We may close, reschedule, or relocate a booking due to maintenance, equipment failure, force majeure, or operational need. In such cases we will offer a credit, reschedule, or refund.

Payments are processed by Square Inc. Card details are tokenized and never stored on our servers. By providing payment information you authorize GPS to charge the corresponding amount for the selected product or service. Disputes should first be raised with us via email; we will respond within 3 business days.

• Gift cards are issued by Square as a stored-value GAN (gift-account-number) and delivered to the recipient by email.
• Gift cards are redeemable for any GPS booking, food, drink, or merchandise at face value. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
• Lost or stolen gift cards may be replaced if the original purchase can be verified. Treat the GAN like cash.
• Gift cards do not expire and are not subject to dormancy fees, consistent with Florida law.

You are expected to conduct yourself respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest for unsafe behavior, harassment, intoxication, or violation of posted rules. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless arranged in advance for a private event.

GPS holds a valid alcoholic-beverage license. Guests must be 21+ to purchase or consume alcohol on premises and must present valid ID on request. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at our sole discretion.

Golf, pickleball, and use of related equipment carry inherent risks. By participating, you accept those risks. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, GPS and its members, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

All content on this website — logos, brand marks, copy, photography, and design — is owned by GPS or its licensors and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms is the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, Florida. You waive any objection to that venue.

We may revise these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
