Golf Pub Social (“GPS,” “we,” “us”) operates a membership-driven indoor golf, pickleball, and gastro pub in Fernandina Beach, Florida. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this Policy.

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account & Membership: Name, email, phone, billing address, membership tier, account status.
• Bookings: Date, time, duration, party size, resource selected, special requests.
• Payments: We do not store full payment card details. Card data is tokenized by Square Inc. and processed under their compliance program (PCI-DSS Level 1).
• Communications: Email replies, SMS replies, inquiry form submissions, customer support exchanges.

We collect information automatically:

• Device & usage: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps.
• Cookies & local storage: Session tokens, preferences, basic analytics. See Section 7.

• Provide and operate bookings, memberships, and gift cards.
• Process payments, issue refunds, and manage recurring billing.
• Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, membership notices).
• Send marketing only with your opt-in consent — and you may unsubscribe at any time.
• Improve site performance, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We share data only as needed with vetted vendors who help us deliver the service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, storage.
• Square — payment processing, subscription billing, gift card issuance.
• Twilio — SMS notifications (only with your opt-in consent).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
• HubSpot — inquiry forms (lessons, private events).

Each provider is bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We do not sell your personal information.

By opting in to SMS notifications during signup or booking, you agree to receive automated text messages from GPS related to your account and bookings (confirmations, reminders, cancellations). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may at any time:

• Access, correct, or update your account information through the member portal or by contacting us.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data (subject to obligations to retain certain records — e.g., transaction history).
• Withdraw SMS or marketing consent. Transactional emails tied to an active membership cannot be turned off without canceling the membership.
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

We use a minimal set of cookies:

• Strictly necessary — authentication, session state, CSRF protection. Cannot be disabled while signed in.
• Functional — booking flow state, language preference. Disabling these breaks the booking flow.
• Analytics — aggregated, non-identifying page-view statistics (only if enabled in a future release).

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Removing authentication cookies will sign you out.

Our online services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We use industry-standard practices including TLS encryption in transit, hashed credentials, row-level security on member data, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. We will notify affected members in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-portal notice.
